Ostopak™ Ostomy Pouch Covers are considered "underwear for your appliance" and we cannot accept any returns on used pouch covers.

All returns must be un-used in resalable condition and include the original packing material. Please return pouch covers within 10 days of receipt of order specifying the reason for your return. We will refund the purchase price after receipt of your return. Ostopak™ will only pay return shipping costs if returned items were shipped in error.
